Mr. Rubin has twenty years of experience managing and developing retail and commercial properties. He brings strategic support for business development and growth of the service business to the IntraCoastal Environmental (ICE) team. As President, Mr. Rubin’s duties include the oversight of all day to day operations of ICE as well as the management of a long range plan for structured and stabilized growth in term of revenue, geographic footprint and additional service offerings throughout the southeastern United States.
Mr. Nevin’s depth of knowledge from more than 35 years in the environmental and marine cleaning industry greatly enhances IntraCoastal Environmental’s capabilities. Since 1979, Mr. Nevin has been the primary contractor for North Florida Shipyard & Mayport Naval Base in Jacksonville, FL.
Mr. Nevin’s team in Jacksonville is a “well-oiled machine” that is highly experienced in chemical flushes, radar cooling water systems, pipeline pigging, 10-40K hydro blasting, marine transfers, regular vessel booming and boat operations.
Mr. Nevin’s extensive maritime knowledge and experience as well as his dedication to maintaining safety and excellence keeps him at the top of the list of private and government contractors. He is an active member of the Jacksonville Area Ship Repair Committee (JASRA), Jacksonville Marine Transportation Association, and the Jacksonville Propeller Club.
Mr. Pereira is a bilingual Executive Manager with over 25 years of experience in the maritime and environmental industries. His responsibilities have included full profit and loss, managing operations, sales, purchasing and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Pereira’s proven track record of conducting start-ups and expanding existing businesses makes him invaluable to Intra-Coastal Environmental, LLC. Mr. Pereira has contracted and directed major oil and chemical spill responses throughout the East and Gulf coasts.
